Water damage in Margate,NJ

This water loss happened as a result of a broken hot water heater in the homeowner's basement.They called us directly after Googling 'Water Damage" and we went out within an hour.After taking pictures,I sent them to our production manager,and he then dispatched a crew to the home.In the interim,I called a plumber who we use from time to time,and he came out a few hours later,and fixed the water heater.We have a strong list of tradesmen to refer to when in need.Our crew extracted the water,disposed of the items that were deemed no good,and put dryers and dehumidifiers on it.
